Are your prints based on real artworks?

Yes. Every print at Artograph is a digital adaptation of an original artwork created by a contemporary artist, so each product carries a piece of a real painting rather than a generic graphic. In every product page you will find the name of the artist behind the artwork, and you can discover more about each of them in the Artists section of our website.

What makes Artograph products unique?

Each Artograph piece is built around a specific artwork and a curated drop, not around a template. The composition, colours and details are designed to respect the original painting and turn the garment into wearable art. 

How can I check if an item is in stock? 

All available styles, sizes and colours are shown in real time on our official website, so if you can add an item to your cart, it is currently in stock. 

Will you restock sold‑out designs or are the prints limited?

Many of our drops are produced in limited quantities to keep each piece special, so not every design will be restocked, although popular favourites may occasionally return. If you fall in love with a particular artwork that is sold out, please reach out to us — we are always happy to hear which pieces you would like to see return.

Will the same artworks and prints be repeated in future collections?

Some artworks may appear in new interpretations or colourways, but we treat each collection as a curated edit, so exact repeats are not guaranteed.

Do you create custom or made‑to‑order pieces?

We do not offer custom, personalised or made‑to‑measure pieces at the moment; all available styles are presented on our website.​

Size and products

What types of T‑shirts do you offer?

Artograph works with two signature formats. The All‑over print T‑shirt wraps the artwork around the entire surface of the garment, turning the whole piece into a canvas. The Art Window T‑shirt frames the painting as a focused “Art window” in the centre of the T‑shirt, creating a clean, graphic composition around the image.

How do I choose the right T‑shirt size?

Our All‑over print T‑shirts come in sizes S, M and L with a regular unisex fit, while Art Window T‑shirts are One size with an oversized unisex fit. For the best result, check the measurements in our size guide and compare them with a T‑shirt you already own and feel comfortable in.

What materials are your T‑shirts made of?

Our All‑over print T‑shirts are made from 94% cotton and 6% elastane, and our Art Window T‑shirts use a main fabric of 95% cotton and 5% elastane with a poplin gauze print insert.
This composition feels like soft, breathable cotton with added stretch for comfort and shape retention, but it requires more delicate care than 100% cotton, so please follow the care instructions on the label and avoid high temperatures when washing, drying and ironing to keep both the fabric and the artwork in good condition.

How should I care for my T‑shirt?

-Our garments require gentle care to preserve both the artwork and the fabric quality:

-Wash inside out so the printed side does not rub against zippers or other metal details.

-Use mild, non‑abrasive detergents; liquid gels are preferred.

-Machine‑wash at 30–40°C on a delicate cycle, or hand‑wash.

-Use gentle spin or no spin; avoid twisting or wringing the fabric.

-Do not use bleach or aggressive stain removers.

-Dry naturally, away from direct heat sources.

-Iron inside out on a low “silk” setting, preferably through a pressing cloth.

Orders and payment

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website by selecting your size, adding the item to your cart, and completing checkout with your shipping and payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online card and local payment methods through Shopify Payments and Stripe, including major debit and credit cards. Available payment methods are shown at checkout for your country.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, but you can request a return after you receive your parcel in line with our return policy.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

If something is not right with your order — for example, you received the wrong size, colour or artwork, a faulty item, or your parcel is missing pieces — please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a short description of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Shipping and delivery
Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship across Europe; available destinations for your address will be shown at checkout.​

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel online.

Returns and refunds
Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your wearable art piece, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet our return conditions.​

What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.​

Which items cannot be returned?

Gift cards and sale items are non‑returnable and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.​

Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

How long will my refund take?

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund is processed to your original payment method; the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider, but it usually appears within several business days.
